About DCM Consulting
Built to fix the CRM problem from the inside
Founded by Dallas McLennan — who built and scaled a company from the ground up, and lived inside CRMs doing it. No generalist consultants, no boilerplate playbooks.

Why we exist
My name is Dallas McLennan. I founded Simplex Mobility and grew it into the largest Canadian-owned telecom expense management software company in the country. That meant building and leading a real sales organization — managing pipelines, scaling revenue teams, and relying on CRMs to make high-stakes decisions every single day.
That experience taught me something most CRM consultants never learn firsthand: the system is only as good as the thinking behind it. At every growth stage at Simplex, I saw the same pattern — rushed implementations, misconfigured pipelines, and teams that stopped trusting the data. The software was rarely the problem. The setup always was.
I started DCM Consulting to fix that. Every engagement begins with structured discovery — understanding your business, your team, and your goals before anyone touches a configuration screen. Because a CRM built around how you actually work is the only one worth building.
What we bring
CRM-only focus
We don't do ERP, marketing strategy, or general IT consulting. CRM is our entire practice — which means you get specialists, not generalists stretched thin.
Real-world implementation experience
Our work spans Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, and Pipedrive — across sales, operations, and revenue teams.
Structured discovery process
Our intake framework captures what actually matters: team structure, current pain points, data quality, workflow gaps, and growth goals.
Adoption-first delivery
We measure success by whether your team actually uses the system — not just whether it's technically configured and handed off.
CRM specializations
What clients walk away with
A scoped proposal, not a guess
Our intake process replaces weeks of back-and-forth with a structured discovery that produces a tailored proposal — specific to your team, your CRM, and your goals.
A system built for your workflow
We configure around how your team actually works, not a generic best-practice template. The result is a CRM people want to use.
Clarity on what comes next
Every engagement ends with clear documentation, handoff materials, and a path forward — so the work doesn't disappear when the project closes.
